1. When will the MUTE Golf Apparel be released? Spring 2025

2. What will the MUTE Golf include? Golf apparel, hats and activewear for Men and Women  

3. Can I customize my Pocket Gopher? Yes you can! Please email us at orders@gophy.com with your customization request. Be advised there is a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 50 units.

ORDERS

4. Can I change or cancel my order? Yes. If you decide to change or cancel your order, please email us at service@gophy.com within 24 hours from placing your order. We strive to ship orders quickly so please reach out as soon as possible.

5. Can I track my order? Yes. You may track your order right from the order confirmation page or "Track Your Order"

6. What is the Return/Refund policy? Refer to our return policy here. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and if you are dissatisfied in any way with your order please shoot us an email at service@gophy.com with your name and Order # so we may best serve your needs!  

7. What forms of payment do you accept? Customers will have the option to to pay using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), a PayPal account, or through an Amazon account. 

Shipping & Delivery

8. How do I know if my order has been shipped? You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been processed and you will receive an additional email once it has been shipped.   

9. How long does shipping take? Refer to our shipping policy here. Most orders will be shipped FREE via UPS/USPS Ground, unless you choose a faster paid shipping method. Pocket Gopher and MUTE Golf Apparel will be delivered in 3-5 business days, while all other products may take 5-30 business days. Please contact us at service@gophy.com if you have shipping questions.
